Since we got the basement homeschooling area set up the girls have had access to their art supplies and have made some great creations!Today Danya brought me these stick puppets she created all by herself. Each one is labeled: bear, lion, tiger, sheep, and pig. We played with them for Kevin's amusement. The girls have also made posters about The Three Bears and other stories. They even created their own cards and folders. The other day they brought me down to see what they'd been working on all morning. It was an art show! They had sculptures (from linking wooden sticks) and drawings. Danya was taping hand made paper award ribbons to them that said things like "2nd Place, Great Shapes!" on them. They are so creative!
