We went out for lunch with another homeschooling family that we met at our church recently. We got together at CiCi's Pizza. This was the first time that our kids had met each other. They had a great time and instantly hit it off!We also had Shannon, Sarah, and Anna with us so there was quite a crowd of kids. It was loud and a little crazy, but we all had fun. It was great having Sarah's help with Kevin so that Daniel and I actually got a chance to get to know the other couple, Zane and Phelio. (She's Greek!)
Sarah actually asked us to please go out on a date so she could watch our kids last night, lol. She knows that once we get our new foster/adopt kids that we don't plan to have a "date night" for several months. We want them to feel secure and comfortable with our family before we leave them with a babysitter for the first time.

Guess what I realized. For the first time in a while you guys actually planed on going on a date to the movies where you actually WENT to the movies. lol.
It's awesome that you have Sarah! What a blessing to your family.
