Too Much Stuff

Sometimes I start feeling guilty that I have way too much scrapbook stuff. I get determined that I'm going to use up what I have before I spend a single penny on anything else. That has occasionally lasted a whole month! At least, the not buying any more part. Using up my enormous stash of supplies seems to be an impossible goal. From now on, though, when I start feeling that way I'm going to go to this website and I'll instantly feel better knowing what too much stuff REALLY looks like. There's got to be a 12 step program for when it gets that bad!

She is way more organized than I am. I covet all her space and drawers. But she cracks me up in that she may have gone too far. She even has a drawer labeled "Paper to put away." When you label a place for the stuff you don't have time to clean up it starts to go downhill quick. Organizationally speaking, of course.

Don't feel too bad about all your scrapbook stuff. You need it. You have all those beautiful girls to make books for.

Oh, my. I don't think I would be able to do a single thing in that area but cry. I've found that I can not work in a mess or if things look cluttered. Unfortunately, I'm a neat and tidy person. I think this may be why I very rarely get any scrapbooking done. :(. I'm working on that, though. Organization is the key.

Don't feel bad, I've seen pictures of your space and I think you are fine, and hey, think of the bright side if you have a few minutes or a storm was to hit, you are set. You have some inventory to scrap with:)

I have seen rooms like the one you linked here and these seem extreme.
I have recently began learning, less is more at times. I am more productive when I have less stuff to sort though. And also with any hobby it seems to take time to really get a feeling for the type of artist you are and once you find out what you DO like it's easier to let go of the stuff you know you won't use.
As long as you are happy then it's ok I think! Don't out pressure on yourself to use it up, Enjoy organzining it and when you feel like scrapping... scrap and when you don't feel like it ...then don't.
