An Inside Look Into Our Big Crazy Adoptive Family!

Daniel and took the younger kids on a walk to get groceries from the local King Soopers grocery store. I'm loving that this thing is finally built. We needed a closer grocery store soooo badly. I'm not loving how much money I keep spending there. Convenient? Yes. Cheap? No. Katie thought it was hilarious riding home on top of the toilet paper. Karyie enjoyed all the compliments she keeps getting for her cute hair style.
Kevin? He enjoyed what may be his last ride on the penny ride horse. Sorry, Bud. Six year olds just look a little too big on there. A good sign that you've outgrown the ride is when your feet hang past the stirrups.
I'm a 38 year old Christian mom of 10 kids. I have six girls; Danya age 15, Gloria age 14, Jordan age 13, Brianna age 13, Katie age 6, and our other 6 year old Karyie. My four sons include Michael age 12, Shane age 11, Kevin age 9, and Ryker age 4 months. I also was a foster mom for about 5 years. In 2009 we adopted two of the 33 kids we've fostered. In April 2012 we adopted three more! I've been happily married to the love of my life, Daniel, for 19 years!
For privacy reasons we cannot post identifying pictures of foster children. That's why their faces are covered or only the backs of their heads are shown. We also give them nicknames to protect their privacy.
The Mini Homeschoolers
Danya and Gloria are "The Mini Homeschoolers" in a series of YouTube videos where they answer questions about homeschooling from a younger perspective. These videos are based on the ones created by two funny homeschooled young men called "Ask the Homeschoolers".
