We're trying to come up with different uses for all the empty baby formula cans that we're collecting as Katie uses them up. Danya and Gloria got a kick out of racing to place cards into the different "states of matter" cans this past week.Kevin used one of the cans for a clothes pin counting game. I filled the can with several cards with numbers on them and an equal number of dots. Then as he pulled a card out he'd have to either add or remove that many clothes pins.

Oh, my. We have a silly song about the states of matter by "Mister Mark" on his science CD. LD sings it non-stop all day long. Seeing those signs reminded me of it!
